If there’s anything I’ve learned through this whole quarantine, semi-lockdown in this city (Montreal, Quebec), it’s that my toddlers will remember that through these hard times, we were more mindful, there were less wasted time and more precious moments together. They will remember that self-care is self-discipline, mental health is a priority and our inner creativity, wisdom, courage, and happiness are all within us. We just need the tools and the right guidance to access them any time we need them the most.
I’ve never been as close to my girls as I have been in the past 8 months. My daughters; even when the tears keep falling down without my consent and I swear, I’m trying to make them stop… Even releasing this new podcast yesterday was hard. My mother has been transferred to palliative care. This place is for her to get better care and to be with more…
