Healing and purging is not this magical and Disney World fantasy and illusion thing. It’s heavy work.

It’s accepting being able to get comfortable with the uncomfortable. It’s literally living through hell and create your own inner peace, “heaven on earth” as some call it. Here, in the now.

And do your best, be good and do plus give back to your planet and to others.

Not forgetting that inequality, discrimination, racism, sexism and oppressive systems take away certain rights and privileges; to certain marginalized groups, disabilities people and BIPOC communities. That’s the reality (3D) that we are asked to need to accept, conform and move on right?

While others benefit and gain more awareness, opportunities, jobs, rights and inclusion in certain areas, departments or/and establishment places. Because they belong to a certain category of individuals with white privileged, which it is embrace and supported by white supremacy systems. Aka. Linear economy= capitalism patriarchy BS.

Yes, that’s life and it is what it is crap.
